Key Lime Caesar Wrap
4 (10 inch) burrito size plain or herb flavored flour tortillas
Stuff each tortilla with a layer of lettuce, chicken and sliced onion (down the center).
Sprinkle with cheese and drizzle with Island Grove Key Lime Caesar dressing.
Wrap and roll and fold in the filled tortilla. Enjoy!
Add chicken to mixture and stir to coat and then roll in crumbs. Bake 10 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Serve with reserved Key Lime Honey Mustard Sauce. (Discard any Honey Mustard Sauce that uncooked chicken was coated with - DO NOT use for dipping!)
Grill, broil or bake chicken. Brush Olive Oil sparingly on one side of tortilla and fill with cooked chicken, cheese and salsa. Top with a tortilla and
brush with Olive Oil. Place in a large heated skillet and brown slightly till chese begins to melt - flip to other side. Makes 3 large tortillas - cut each one into fourths for

Chili Island Style
Make your favorite chile using ham loaf meat and
CaJohn's Pineapple Salsa.
Add 1 jar of Pineapple Salsa and 1 cup of water for each pound of ham loaf meat.
Preheat oven to 350 and spray Bundt pan with cooking spray. Combine flour,
baking power and baking soda. In another bowl beat eggs with sugar and honey
until light and fluffy. Beat in mayonnaise, sour cream, lime peel and vanilla and beat well.
On low speed, beat in flour mixture just until blended. Pour into the prepared Bundt pan.
Bake 35 min or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Blend 8oz cream cheese with 1/4 cup of Original Juan's Artichoke Spinach Dip. Served hot or cold it's delicious.
Dip with tortilla chips, Ritz crackers, veggies and it's excellent with bagel chips!
Key Lime Honey Mustard Potato Salad
5-6 potatoes boiled
6 eggs boiled
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup diced scallions
1/4 cup diced pimentos, drained
Cut up cooled potatoes and 5 peeled eggs and add the remaining ingredients. Add 1-1/2 to 2
cups Island Grove Key Lime Honey Mustard to mixture. Stir and add salt and pepper to taste,
cut up remaining egg to garnish. Sprinkle with paprika.
In large bowl beat egg whites until fluffy. Mix in Cajun Seasoning from Hell. Place potatoe strips into egg mixture and
coat thoroughly. Spray a large cookie sheet with vegetable spray and place potatoes on sheet. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes
or until fries are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
REDNECK WINGS
Mix half bottle of Redneck Whisky Wing Sauce with 1/4 cup melted butter...spread on your cooked wings. Yer gonna just love em!
Mix all ingredients and chill for 3 hours. Serve with shrimp, oysters and other seafood...and of course...fried gator tail.
BULL GATOR BURGERS
3 lbs. lean ground beef
2 oz. Gator Sprinkle
8 oz. shredded cheese (optional)
16 oz. Bull Gator
Form ground beef into 24 - 2 oz. burgers. Lightly season both sides with
Gator Sprinkle. Cook in skillet 2-3 minutes on med. heat. Pour 1/2 bottle of
Bull Gator on burgers, flip burgers over and pour on the remaining Bull Gator.
Cook until done. Serve on dinner rolls - add cheese if desired!
